🎁 SPMS Student Leadership: Help Us Bring Holiday Joy with Care Packages! 🎁 The SPMS Student Leadership Team is excited to kick off our second service project — a heartfelt initiative to bring holiday cheer to local residents in assisted living and nursing home facilities! 🎁❤️ Our goal is to create 100 care packages filled with comfort items to bring joy this holiday season. How Can YOU Help? We need your help to fill our care packages with thoughtful items that will bring comfort and joy to these wonderful residents. Here’s what we’re collecting: Fuzzy warm socks (Men’s and Women’s sizes) 🧦 (Everyone loves cozy feet!) Lotions (For extra winter TLC! 🧴) Sugar-free candy (Sweet and thoughtful! 🍬) Warm throws (Because everyone loves to stay cozy! 🧣) Coloring books (Time to get creative! 🎨) Crossword puzzle books (Challenge your brain! 🧩) Puzzles (Perfect for keeping busy! 🧩) Combs & Hairbrushes (Self-care essentials! 💇‍♀️) Collection Dates: We will be collecting donations from Monday, November 25th through Tuesday, December 17th. Please drop off your items at the SPMS front office. Your generous donations will bring joy and warmth to those who call these facilities home. Let’s show our SPMS spirit and work together to spread some kindness! 💙 Thank you for helping us make the holidays brighter for our local seniors! 🌟 #SPMSLeadership #HolidayCarePackages #CommunitySupport #SpreadJoy #GiveBack

The Stuart Pepper Leadership Team's First Service Project: A Huge Success! We’re thrilled to announce that the Stuart Pepper Leadership team has officially wrapped up our first-ever service project—a community food drive supporting our local food bank. A total of 1,292 non-perishable items were collected, and the competition between the five student teams was fierce! But in the end, it was The A-Team that came out on top with an impressive 524 items collected. A huge shout out to the Caped Coalition, who took second place with 362 items—incredible effort all around! The real winners, however, are the families and individuals in our community who will benefit from these generous donations. Thank you to all the students, families, and local supporters who made this possible! Together, we’re making a difference. 💖 #LeadershipInAction #CommunityFirst #FoodDriveSuccess #MakingADifference

SPMS 7th-grade artists teamed up with BHP 1st graders for a fun and spooky collaborative project! The 1st graders used their imaginations to create contour line drawings of monsters, and the 7th graders brought them to life by adding vibrant colors and creative details. The before-and-after artwork is proudly on display at BHP for the Fall Festival.

Please welcome Drew Esarey to SPMS Boy's Basketball as he comes on as an Assistant Coach! I’m Drew Esarey and I’m thrilled and thankful to get the opportunity to join Coach Cross and Coach Smallwood on the SPMS Boys Basketball Staff.  I’ve been coaching youth sports for the last 10 years, and coaching basketball for 5 years.  I’m an SPMS basketball alum. I was raised in Meade County and take great pride in calling this place home.  My wife, Cara, is currently a teacher at SPMS and our three boys, Carter, Preston, and Myles attend school in Meade County.  I look forward to working with the staff to help shape these young men into good basketball players and better people.  GO GREENWAVES!!
